Returns & Exchanges

At Indossare, we strive to deliver exceptional products and service. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we're here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with the product or its fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal return fee of Rs.200 per product will be charged to cover handling, packaging, and logistics costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly return it along with your order number. Upon confirming the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds once a product has been sold. However, we do offer size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

• Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges will include transportation fees.
• To request an exchange, email us at indossare.customercare@gmail.com with your order details.
• The customer is responsible for returning the product. Please ensure you receive an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, as Indossare is not liable for lost shipments.
• The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels intact, and in the original packaging.
• Include your name, address, email, and desired size for exchange in the parcel.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order.
• Size exchanges are available for a bigger or smaller size of equal value, with shipping/COD costs deducted.

Cancellation of Orders

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
• COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing indossare.customercare@gmail.com.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note, valid for 30 days, for use on your next purchase at indossare.in.

Partial Order Exchange

Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery. Some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues

For size exchanges, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

• Exchanges are not accepted due to dissatisfaction with the material or color. Please carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.
• Variations in color may occur due to monitor displays, and we appreciate your understanding.
• Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Washed or worn products are not eligible for exchange.
