To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including postal or zip code. The billing address should match the one associated with your credit card statements, while the shipping address is where we’ll deliver your order.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges

In the case of multiple orders, shipments may arrive separately based on product availability and different shipping locations.

Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays
Indossare does not issue refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to shipping delays. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion for future orders.

Transit Risk
All orders are fully insured at no extra cost. In the rare event of a lost order during transit, we will initiate the reprocessing of the order. However, we are not responsible for lost packages or damages after delivery.
